Our Gift Card Fundraising Program

10% of every card sold goes to your organization.

Available at all 6 of our Lower Mainland Locations (Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Langley, South Surrey, Tsawwassen and North Vancouver)

Here’s how it works:

  1. We provide customized fundraiser order forms to your organization with all of the campaign details.
  2. Sell all the cards you can, filling in the master sales sheet each time a sale is made. Then, return the master sales sheet to Kaylesha (our fundraising expert!)
  3. Once you’ve completed these steps, we’ll prepare your gift cards to order, loaded with the specified denominations and organized so they can be easily distributed.

How long does a Meridian Gift Card Fundraiser typically run for?

Typically, fundraising campaigns run from 1 to 2 weeks.

What is the turnaround time from the time I submit the master sales sheet to the time the gift cards are ready for pickup?

The typical turnaround time is 1 week. This provides adequate time for orders to be compiled, prepared and made ready for pickup.

Can orders be picked up from any location?

All the orders for your fundraiser must be picked up by one person, from one pre-designated store location

When is payment due for the cost of the fundraiser cards sold?

Payment for the cost of the fundraiser is due when the gift cards are picked up. Remember-your organization retains the profit. Payments can be made by cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard.

How many fundraisers can my organization run per year?

Our Meridian Fundraisers are limited to two gift card fundraisers per organization, per year.

Do the gift cards expire?

Our Meridian Fundraisers Gift Cards never expire.

What denominations can Gift Cards be purchased in?

Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination equal or greater than $5.

Can anyone run a Meridian Gift Card Fundraiser?

Our fundraising program is available to schools, community organizations, sports teams, or other non-profit groups. The organization must be within the areas where there are Meridian locations.

It’s Crunch Time! Meridian’s Apple Fundraising Program!

$2 from every 5 lb. bag of apples sold goes to your organization.

Each 5 lb. bag of apples is sold for $5. Apples are local, Okanagan Grown. Apple variety to be determined when campaign is activated.

Available at all of our Meridian Farm Market Locations in Tsawwassen and North Vancouver. 

Why Run a Meridian Farm Market Apple Fundraiser?

Everyone needs an apple a day!

You sell each (5 pound) bag for $5, and your team, school or organization keeps $2!

Locally Grown ~ These apples are fresh high quality, grown in the Okanagan. Not a bad apple in the bunch!

It’s Easy As Pie ~ All orders are picked up at our store on the date predetermined. We hand out the orders to your supports when they come into our store to pick-up. No volunteers are required from you for this step.

Fundraising Steps ~ Simply call or email our Fundraising Manager Kaylesha kaylesha@meridianmeats.ca or (604) 466-0508 and she will work with you to create a custom fundraising from with your organization’s name and coordinate all fundraising details.

Start Taking Orders ~ Once you have sold all you can, email or fax your master sales sheet (provided) to our head office. Then you can drop off cash or cheque at our store, or pay by Visa or MasterCard over the phone at our head office. You will only pay for the cost of the product, and you keep the profit!
