    Your organization earns $10 for each item you sell. For example: An organization with only 10 members selling 5 items each will earn $500.

Steps

Fundraise in 3 easy steps!

  1. Simply call or email our fundraising expert, Darlene. She will work with you to create a custom fundraiser form with your organization’s name and fundraising details.
  2. Start taking orders!
  3. Once you have sold all you can, email or fax your master sales sheet (provded) to our office or drop it off at our store.

Once you’ve completed these three steps, Darlene will email you an invoice for the cost of the products and you keep the profit.

We will have all of your customers’ orders ready for pick-up at our store on a pre-designated day. Just send in your sellers to pick up the orders they’ve collected.

How long does a Meridian Meats fundraiser typically run for?

Typically, fundraising campaigns run from 1 to 2 weeks.

What is the turnaround time from the time I submit the master sales sheet to the time the orders are ready for pickup?

The typical turnaround time is 1 week. This provides adequate time for orders to be compiled, prepared and made ready for pickup.

What if more fundraiser sales come in after I have submit our master sales sheet to Meridian Meats?

Orders can be submitted to our office until Darlene sends your ogranization an invoice, at which time orders must be cust off.

Can orders be picked up from any location?

All the orders for your fundraiser must be picked up from one designated store location, chose by your organization.

When is payment due for the cost of the fundraiser items sold?

Payment for the cost of the fundraiser is due by the date that orders are being picked up. Remember – your organization retains the profit of $10 per item sold.

Are product substitutions available?

These items have been specially selected for their quality, appeal and high margin of profitability for your organization. At this time, there are no substitutions available.
