Grilled Cauliflower

A simply delicious low carb alternative.

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 2 heads cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Mix olive oil, minced onion, garlic powder, paprika and lemon juice until well combined
  2. Rinse cauliflower head and remove leaves
  3. Cut off any existing stalks so that cauliflower sits flat on cutting board when upright
  4. Slice head of cauliflower down the middle and cut into 1 inch steaks
  5. Using a basting brush, coat both sides of the steaks with the olive oil mixture
  6. Grill steaks on medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side
  7. remove from grill and serve warm
