Greek Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 4.5 lbs of Meridian Fresh Free Run Chicken Wings
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper
  2. Add wings, tossing to coat
  3. Cover wings and refrigerate for 20 minutes
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat
  5. Grill wings, covered, flipping frequently until cooked through, about 15 minutes
