Almond Crusted Salmon

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 4 Meridian sockeye salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced and chopped
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. basil, chopped
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped almonds, basil, lemon zest, salt and pepper
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and divide the almond mixture evenly among the 4 fillets
  5. Lightly press the breading into the fish
  6. Bake until desired doneness, approximately 8-10 minutes

Do you deliver, and can we get uncooked meats on sale ,When you talk of salmon is that wild salmon or do you miss liable your fish and meats, such as calling farm salmon wild salmon and your meats free range /organics when they’re not.?
Finally is there a no. you can be reached at?
