There’s nothing like a classic bacon ‘n cheese burger loaded up with all your favourite toppings. This is how it’s done!
4 Meridian Prime Rib Burgers 6-ounce
8 slices Meridian Double Smoked Bacon
8 slices cheddar cheese
Put Meridian Double Smoked bacon strips on a parchment-line baking sheet; put another pan on top. Bake at 400 degrees, 10 minutes, then uncover and back 10 more minutes.(can also cook bacon in a fry pan)
Preheat your bbq grill to medium high or heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat; sprinkle the skillet with salt.
Cook the prime rib burgers for 4 to 5 minutes per side; top each patty with 2 slices cheddar in the last minute of cooking (cover to melt). Serve on a lightly toasted sesame bun with the bacon and your favourite fixings.
