Chicken Breast Parmesan

Our version of this popular dish turns out crispy and delightfully cheesy.  Very little preparation time required and the process is easy!  We’ve cooked this for company many times and the reviews are always fabulous!

Ingredients

  • 6  breasts
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup fine bread crumbs
  • ½ cup of parmesan or asiago cheese, shredded
  • ½ granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoing
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼  teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients
  2. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in breadcrumb mixture and transfer to a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake uncovered in preheated 375F oven for 40-45 minutes.
