- 6–12 lb Meridian Double Smoked Bone-in Ham
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup honey
Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan and heat over medium low until melted and combined. Reduce heat and keep warm. Follow baking instructions for the double smoked ham found on the package label. For the last 45 minutes of baking time, baste the ham with the glaze every 15 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, turn the oven to broil for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze. Remove from oven and let ham rest for 10-15 mins before carving. Reserve the leftover ham glaze and serve warm alongside the sliced ham.
